«Gravity», la historia de supervivencia en el espacio dirigida por el mexicano Alfonso Cuarón, triunfó en la 86 edición de los Óscar con siete estatuillas doradas, si bien «12 Years a Slave» se llevó el máximo galardón de la noche, el de mejor película.
Cuarón logró dos de los tres premios a los que aspiraba (mejor director y mejor montaje) y se quedó sin el de productor que hubiera logrado en caso de llevarse «Gravity» el premio a la mejor película.
También añadió los galardones a la mejor fotografía (el mexicano Emmanuel Lubezki), mejor banda sonora original, mejor edición de sonido, mejor mezcla de sonido y mejores efectos visuales.
«12 Years a Slave» añadió también a su lista los galardones a la mejor actriz de reparto (Lupita Nyong’o) y mejor guión adaptado (John Ridley).
«Dallas» logró el doblete interpretativo para Matthew McConaughey y Jared Leto, además del Óscar al mejor maquillaje, mientras que «Frozen» puso su sello a la ceremonia con los premios a la mejor película de animación y a la mejor canción original («Let It Go»).

The best thing that ever happened to Britain vis a vis their perception of the Nazis, was when the Nazis began bombing Britain.Pas< I have to agree with that….in the run up to WW2 there was a lot of admiration among the population for the inursatructfre development the Nazi's undertook. Of course the more astute saw through this smoke screen and saw a growing threat…when the blitz began….al doubts as to the true nature of the Nazis disappeared.

With all of the above said. Circuit gymnastics of handstands, L-sits, and other random moves I gained a lot of core strength, muscle and shape. Once you master any hard gymnastic move you will see you muscles through your shirt
